Sherer provides prepaid first class postage labels and boxes to send cases into the lab and returns your cases via UPS or FedEx.  We also provide pick-up and delivery Monday - Thursday in our courier route areas.   Available Courier Routes

If time is critical, we work with several carriers who provide overnight and second day service.

If we receive a model which has been badly damaged in transit to us, we will call you to let you know we are returning the case.  To avoid delays, please wrap your models carefully by placing in the center of the packing material and folding the corners over occlusal surfaces.  Ensure that models, impressions, and other items are packed into the box so that they are unable to move during transport.
